Prices and promotions mentioned on the website are available for online orders only. We reserve the right to change the prices and promotions anytime.

Despite all efforts relating to pricing and other information relating to the products, some typographical errors may occur and we cannot be held responsible for such errors. We reserve the right to rectify such information anytime.

All prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of any applicable GST.
Payment Policy
For all offline orders we accept online, UPI and Bank Transfer. For online orders we accept prepaid online payment.
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates: Free shipping on purchase above Rs. 4000. We offer competitive shipping rates based on your order value. You can view the shipping rates at checkout before placing your order.

2 Shipping Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order and estimated delivery date. Orders with delivery address in Bangalore will be delivered by our in-house delivery partners.

4. Location: We serve off-line orders in Bangalore, Chennai and Coimbatore. Online orders are delivered only in Bangalore.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
We hope you never have to read this policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, we are here to help. We offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy after understanding your reason for dissatisfaction. Please keep the following things in mind.

Kindly do not accept the parcel in case the original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

You must raise a request to return your order/part of your order within 7 days from the date of delivery of the items to be eligible for an exchange or refund. In case of failure to raise a complaint within 7 days, the return request will not be accepted.

You can initiate a return request from your order history.

Any product which has been used or hampered with will not be approved for return.

If your return is accepted, we will initiate a reverse shipment for the same. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly keep the items within the original manufacturer’s packaging in order for the return to be successfully processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and exchange it
Refunds

Once the package has been received back at our warehouse, we will perform a Quality check, after which the refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days in your original method of payment.

Cancellations

An order can only be canceled till the time it is dispatched. You can log in to your account and place a cancellation request against your order.

In case the order has already been shipped, you can still inform us of your wish to cancel the order and we can try to convey the information to the logistics company. However, we do not take responsibility for any delivery attempts made once the item has left our warehouse. In such case, you are requested to refuse the delivery so that the item may be returned to us.

Please note that for cancellations of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed once the item has been received back at our facility and has been processed accordingly. In case the item never left our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
